Effect of Artificial Liver combined CRRT in the Treatment of Acute Fatty Liver of Pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial liver combined continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) for the treatment of acute fatty liver of pregnancy(AFLP).Methods On the basis of comprehensive treatment,14 patients were treated with the artificial liver combined CRRT.The peak of the biochemical changes and the cure rate were observed when patients were enrolled during hospitalization and after treatment.Results All patients were treated with artificial liver combined CRRT times(4.0±2.8),after the treatment,the clinical symptoms such as nausea jaundice hemorrhage and oliguria were reduced gradually,the patient’s laboratory indicators such as aminotransferase,creatinine,urea nitrogen,prothrombin time and bilirubin were reduced,the laboratory indicators were statistically significant differences in three time points(P0.05),and 11 patients survived among 14.Conclusion The treatment with artificial liver combined CRRT can reduce the clinical symptoms,improve the cure rate and was an effective treatment of AFLP.
