Administrative System Reform in China:From Limited Government to Effective Government

Limited government is the prescription of the treatment of the unlimited government problems too difficult to solve in the background of the government's overall intervening society and economy that leads to negative effects such as rapid expansion of the government institutions,administrative inefficiency and heavy financial burden.With the sharp changes of ecological environment,this mode is not adapted to the development of administrative practice and the rising requirement for the government's performance.For China,a reasonable choice doesn’t consist in government’s size,but consists in fully carrying out social responsibility and duty,and leads china towards the effective government with modernization and high performance.So the key to administrative reform in China is the establishment of the effective government that suits China's actual conditions,and that promotes economic and social development instead of the small government.
