Abstract

This article,beginning with some of the theories of cost management,systematically analyzes the problems existing in the modern enterprise cost management,which shows that our company current cost management system can not meet the needs of the enterprise market competition,therefore,we must pay more attention to cost management,improving the whole staff awareness of cost management so as to make cost management more scientific and systematic,and some strategies are proposed on how to improve our level of cost management.
