Abstract
To investigate the resistant mechanism of fusaric acid cell line of Chieh-qua to fusarium wilt, the activities of peroxidase(POD) and polyphenoloxidase(PPO),and the content of soluble protein in fusaric acid resistant cell line, resistant line and sensitive line leaves of Chieh-qua inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum were determined. After inoculation with Fusarium oxysporum,POD and PPO activities in fusaric acid resistant cell line, resistant line and sensitive line leaves of Chieh-qua were significantly higher than those in control(P0.01),while the content of soluble protein in three materials were significantly lower than that in control(P0.01).The results indicated that the resistant mechanism to Fusarium oxysporum in fusaric acid resistant cell line selected in vitro were similar to that in resistant lines obtained through traditional way.
