Abstract
In this paper, 7 Pleurotus eryngii strains were screened by the indicators of growth rate and growth potential of mycelia, yields of four strains of Pleurotus eryngii, encarpium cultivated character and cultivated period in order to select superior Pleurotus eryngii strain in the industrial production. The test results showed that: 7# strain had higher growth rate and growth potential, one-bottle output was 343 g, pileus average diameter was 3.98 cm, stipe average length was 13.02 cm, stipe average thickness was 4.23 cm, biology efficiency was 57.2%.
