Abstract

In this paper, the effect of absorption and yield in grain, straw, root of spring wheat under different fertilization were studied by field plot experiment. The results showed that,Scientific and rational use of fertilization not only increased spring wheat yield, but also increased N、P and K content in spring wheat to some extent,Which compared with control. The treatment of NPK is most significant, the total uptake of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium increased respectively by 156.9%,94.4% and 112.8%,The maximum of nutrient index of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is respectively 0.730,0.778,0.130.Applying organic manure and chemical fertilizer could increase spring wheat yield,The output increased by 32.8%~214.2%,the effect of Nitrogen fertilizer increasing production is obvious.Combined application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium has best effect, has significantly effect on increasing crop N,P and K content and yield.
