Abstract
The socialist new rural construction is an inevitable selection to our rural modernization in new century,and the rural cultural construction is the key to the socialist new rural construction.But our current rural cultural construction faces some problems and barriers that urgently need to be solved.This needs us to adopt effective measures to advance the rural cultural construction in order to provide the spiritual power and support for the socialist rural construction.
