Comparison between Wavelet Transform and Fourier Transform

Abstract

Wavelet analysis is a nwe and rapidly developuiing subject.According to the comparison of Wavelet trans- form and Fourier transform,the superiority of wavelet transform to Fourier transform is gotten in this paper.The main work of wavelet transform study of theory is also concluded.And according to the application,there are some aspects advised studying,and it is valuable for the wavelet application reach.
