Abstract

It's radio and TV system's holy mission to make decree expedite and broadcasting satety. Recently broadcast's safety is in trouble. In order to ensure broadcast's safety, we can depend on management and technology's, especially is technology. We should study new thoughts, search for new methods. So that we can have saft broadcast system.
