Abstract

Knowledge management is closely relevant to competitive intelligence. This paper introduces the connotations of competitive intelligence and knowledge management,analyzes the interrelation and mutual functions between the two sides, and discusses the feasibility of the integration and co-construction of knowledge management and competitive intelligence.
