Abstract
Based on the aqueous two-phase system,a new method of using ethanol and n-propanol with ammonium sulfate binary aqueous two-phase system for extracting of sulfadiazine was set up.The influence factors on partition behaviors of sulfadiazine were studied, including the species and concentration of salts, the pH value, and standing time. The results showed that the binary aqueous two-phase system can be used to study the distribution of sulfonamides antibiotics. When the system was 1∶ 1 for the volume ratio of ethanol to n-propanol,(NH4)2SO4 concentration of 40%,the pH value was 4.0~5.0,temperature was 25 ℃,standing time was 10 h,the partition coefficient of oxytetracycline hydrochloride(OTC)was 33.49,and extraction rate was 96.97%.
