Abstract
State sovereignty is a historical concept,via answering three questions concerning sovereignty under WTO,this paper contends that we should emphasize the essential and positive meaning of state sovereignty.Furthermore,the paper argues that under WTO,state sovereignty is actually expanded other than limited.
