On the Tragedy Origin of Shangshi by LuXun

Abstract
LuXun's stories is a laboratory in which he tested human nature with a method that making the hero or heroine no way to go. LuXun's despair of human impenetrate all his fictional works. Shangshi, which consummates LuXun's subject about national personality, is a necessary part of LuXun's human test, for love is a kind of humanness indispensable. Luxun's persistent sound, it is only despair and nihility that exists also comes from Shangshi.
