Sway Between Existence and Phrases--View on the Trend of Poetry Writing in 1990's

In 1990's many poets put forth series of new poetry theory and came to pay attention to the poetry construction itself in their writing practice.They stress the narrative element of poetry and establish an individual poetry system which embodies the personal style in describing the feature of the time. And this new change in poem writing and the theory exposition emerged in the 1990's.
