A quick and safe method to make pathological paraffin section of animal tissues

In order to study a quick,safe and practical method to make paraffin of section about animal pathological tissues,we have explored a new quick and easy Ripping Method of paraffin section by improving and innovating the key technique process that based on classical Ripping Method of paraffin section.The results showed the color of paraffin section made by the new method was better by hematoxylin-eosin staining.We also observed that the cell structure was much clearer and the cytoplasm and nucleus had sharp contrast under microscope.
