Abstract

With the shift of application-oriented school-running concept and the talent training mode,the cooperation between university and enterprise effectively promotes the innovation of practical teaching mode for the specialty of human resource management(HRM).Driven by the current in-depth cooperation,Hefei Normal University is trying to innovate the practical teaching mode for students majoring in HRM.The concrete measures include:the whole journey of practical teaching,extending the platform construction of university-enterprise cooperative education;innovating practical teaching system of cooperative education,jointly building up practical teaching resources and intensifying the guarantee measures of practical teaching innovation.
