Abstract
A fully differential operational amplifier with a gain-bandwidth of 233MHz and a DC-gain of 124db has been implemented in a 0.35um CMOS process. The circuit utilizes the gain-enhancement technique and has a switched-capacitor dynamic common mode feedback structure. It has been designed for 2.6V output swing at a single supply of 3V. The power consumption is 10mw.
