Abstract

[Objective]The research aimed to study the effect of compound bacterial fertilizer.[Method]The cultures of Azotobacter chroococcum and Bacillus megaterium were mixed into 2.4×109/ml inoculants which were diluted into 3×108,6×108,9×108,1.2×109/ml respectively.Compared with the clean water, their effec on the corn growth were contrasted. At the same time, the single inoculuted becterium culture of Azotobacter chroococcum and Bacillus megaterium which were all 3×108/ml were made the promote effect on corn were compared with the mixed cultures.[Result]The promotion of effecs of mixed cultures were obrious than those of the two single cultures.Among the four mixed cultures,9×108/ml mixed culture had the most obvious promotion effection, that is,the corn grew high and had dry weight of root.[Conclusion]The application of compound bacterial fertilizer could provide the basis for further high and stable yield of crops.
