Abstract
The maximums of nitrogen accumulation in vegetative parts of three soybean cultivars were significantly positive correlated with seed protein content.Sixty days after flowering,nitrogen content of leaves,stems and pod shells were significantly positive correlated with seed protein content.The contributions of the maximums of nitrogen accumulation,quantity and efficiency of translocation to seed protein content ranked: leafstempod shell.The maximum of nitrogen accumulation of Dongnong42 appeared earlier,higher and maintained longer than that of other two cultivars.
