Abstract
Today more and more enterprises procured the goods and services based on reverse auction mechanisms. But the traditional price-based single attribute reverse auction mechanisms had not satisfied the increasingly sophisticated procurement requirements. In view of this situation,we studied the reverse multi-attribute English auction mechanisms in procurement environment. First, this paper proposed reverse multi-attribute auction model and optimal bidding strategies based on increasing marginal cost, and then we further studied the bidders' optimal bidding strategies and the auctioneer's optimal scoring function in reverse multi-attribute English auction mechanisms based on multi-attribute utility theory(MAUT). Finally,we studies the influence of the auctioneer optimal scoring rules under various factors and marginal costs based on marginal cost increasing multi-attribute auction model.
