Abstract
Objective To improve phrenic nerve transposition and to study it`s effect in the treatment of brachial plexus injury.Method To transfer phrenic nerve to musculocutaneous nerve,the procedure was used in 9 patients.Result Patients were followed up for 1~3 years,effective rate 100%.Conclusion Phrenic nerve is a better nerve for transposition in the treatment of brachial plexus injury.
