Abstract

Hommization of readers'service in hospital library is a new service and management concept of library and its readers.Modern hospital library service should improve the comprehensive quality of its staff by fostering the brand new service concept of putting readers above everything else and doing first rate service work,improving service environment and create service patterns to maximize the efficiency of hommized readers'service.
