Abstract

s:The system that public prosecution changes into private prosecution is in fact a condition problem that the injured party conditions the right of public prosecution department. The condition way that our country chooses is that public prosecution changes into private prosecution, namely under certain conditions, let the case of public prosecution changes into the case of private prosecution. So the writer proposes that administration of justice investigation of the injured party takes the place of the system that public prosecution changes into private prosecution.
