On the Environmental Factor of the Regional Sustainable Development System

Abstract

： The environmental factor is the element of the regional sustainable development system， also is one of the boundary conditions of the system's evolution. This paper discusses the environmental problems and their solutions， and analyzes the double characteristics of the environmental factor in the regional sustainable development system on the fact of the west China. We suggest that developing the environment industry is a selective strategy to carry out the regional sustainable development.
