Abstract
Objective To investigate the short term efleel ol elective percutaneous coronary intervention in treatment of acute myocardial infarction in patients with left ventricular systolic and diastolic function by tissue Doppler imaging to detect mitral annulus velocity evaluation. Methods from January 2010 to December 2012,patients admitted for elective percutaneous coronai'v intervention lor acute myocardial infarction were enrolled,45 patients in the observation group and set the healthy control group of 40 cases, two groups were performed echocardiography with tissue Doppler imaging techniques detect mitral annulus velocity, and the observation group compared two groups ol preoperative and postoperative 3 ~7 d,after a month of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function reflects the indicators. Results The peak systolic S(Sa),and diastolic peak(Ea) ol observation group were lower than the control group, the ratio of mitral valve flow spectrum of early diastolic velocity(E) and(Ea) E/Ea was higher than the control group, the difference had statistical significance(P 0.05).The left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD) and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and the ratio of E and late diastolic velocity(A)(E/A) and mitral E peak deceleration time(DT) of the two group had no significant difference(P 0.05).Compared to pre-operation,various measure were improved after 3 day to 7 day,but there had no statistical significance(P 0.05);A month alter surgery,Sa was increased significantly compared to pre-operation.Compared to preoperative and 3 day to 7 day after surgery E/Ea was decreased significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion Detected by tissue Doppler imaging of mitral annular velocities, which can effectively evaluate left ventricular systolic and diastolic function, determining postoperative outcome.
