Concept and Exploration of Art Quality Education for College Students

Higher Education reform must be made to develop innovative ability of the students,for which art quality education is an important channel.In the United States,people realized the importance of art quality education as early as in the last century.Both government and university policies have shown the emphasis on art quality education in order to enhance innovation capability of students.In contrast,there is a widespread contempt on art quality education in colleges and universities in China.The situation is not optimistic in awareness,staff and resources,etc.This paper analyzes some issues and tries to propose ideas for the solution to this problem.
