Abstract
The factors of genotpye,concentration of growth regulators and explants that affecting callus induction of strawberry were studied.The result showed that the optimum medium for callus induction from anther and leave of Dajiangjun was the medium supplemented with MS+0.5 mg/L+6-BA+0.25 mg/L 2,4-D,with the induction rate up to 48.58% and 39.89%,respectively.The medium of supplemented with MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0mg/L 2,4-D was suitable for callus induction of Xiangfei,the induction rate from anther and leave was 42.13% and 35.30%.In the same medium,the callus-induction rate of Dajiangjun was higher than of Xiangfei.The anther callus-induction rate of two varieties was higher than of the leave.
