Abstract
Elderly population and population aging defined by demography isn't suitable for analysing the effect maked on economic development by population aging.Through the review on population aging in economics,we find that population aging is not certainly hazardous.Conforming to the standard of economic elderly population,we can remit or prevent the influence maked by population aging through following measures:reforming the existing retirement syetem,practising flexible retirement system,developing science and education for the aged,improving the level of medical treatment and hygiene,openning up and developing the aged talent,lengthenning the intermission between the aged and the economic aged.
