Mathematics educational technology is the theory and practice of facilitating learning and improving performance by designing,developing,utilizing,managing and evaluating the educational processes and resources to optimize mathematics teaching and learning by using various theories and techniques.The connotation of educational technology of mathematics teachers in primary and secondary schools involves awareness of mathematics educational technology,mathematics instructional design,application of mathematics instructional media,application of mathematics teaching resources and construction,the implementation of mathematics teaching,and professional development of mathematics teachers.
