Observation of Bufo gargarizans Embryo Development

Abstract
The embryo development of Bufo gargarizans from Shenyang was observed under stereomicroscope in the laboratory and photographed with digital camera.The results showed that the embryo development was divided into 26 phages,198.46 hours from fertilized eggs to operculum cicatrization under 19-20℃,with escape theca stage as an independent phase..We described the morphological features of Bufo gargarizans embryo development and discussed the related phenomena.
