Abstract
Based on the investigation of desert-steppe vegetation and environment factors in Inner Mongolia, taking vegetation, soil, weather, human and animals as evaluation factors, using the method of mathematics and the remote sensing technique, the desert-steppe eco-environment quality in Inner Mongolia was quantificationally evaluated, and desert-steppe eco-environment quality assessment index system was put forward, which can provide the theoretic foundation to reasonable utilization of the rangeland resources and eco-environment protection and control in Inner Mongolia.
