In recent years,the value of aesthetic education which dominates the mainstream of society is being increasingly challenged;the philosophy of multi-cultural education is being increasingly prominent.Enhancing multi-cultural education,weakening of aesthetic education core status and popularizing foreign folk music in musicology(Normal Education),which have great significances in the aspect of philosophy,and current social realities.
