Abstract
The countryside human resources development is a core question of China rural economy social development.In entering into the new time of the comprehensive constructing socialism affluent society,analyzes the countryside human resources present situation and the characteristic,develops the vocational education vigorously,advances the countryside human resources development,is an important problem which should be urgently awaited to be paid attention to and solved in the current socialism new rural construction.
