Based on the talent demands under big engineering background,according to the engineers and characteristics,from reform teaching contents,methods and measure,and other aspects,described in detail the innovative undergraduate talents of transportation civil engineering under big engineering background,in order to adapt to the social economy,science technology and culture development demands,worthy of promotion.
