Abstract

With the dramatic development of biotechnique, more and more biologists and breeders value them. This paper summarized the application of molecular marker techniques such as restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP),random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD),simple sequence repeats(SSR) and amplified fragments length polymorphism(AFLP0) in marker-assisted selection.
