The Chosen of the Cities' Scale in China Based on the Concentration Economy

It's proved that the Chinese cities' scale is reasonable.The relationship between cities' scale and the urban economy has been examined. The result suggests expanding the scale of cities can't improve these cities' economics.So the government should support the smaller cities' development. Furthermore,the development of the third industry can raise the earnings per person.
