Abstract
According to the trade factors,the tourism ecological footprint can be divided into the nontransferable ecological footprint and transferable ecological footprint.In order to identity whether it is in a reasonable status,the scale of tourism development is diagnosed by checking the net nontransferable ecological footprint and the ecological capacity.The footprints of kans were calculated through accommodation,food,transportation,entertainment,visiting,shopping and waste.The results showed that in 2007 the nontransferable footprint of tourism was 51215.69hm2,the accommodation and transportation ecological footprint were the key factors to affect the value of TEF,the nontransferable footprint of residents was 17.85hm2,the ecological remainder was 102660.13hm2.These collectively suggested that the tourism development in Kans was in a reasonable scale and sustainable status.
