An Analysis of Quality Education in Confucius' Educational Thought

Confucius was a great educator our country ancient times. His education thought contains much about quality education. We are carrying out quality education now, so it is quite necessary for us to study Confucius' education thought and use it for reference. He thought that teachers should be insatiable learning and tireless teaching. Teachers should also be leaders for students learning. In teaching, he held teaching students according to their aptitude, using different methods and teaching differently according to the students'characteristics. He adopted heuristic method and held in education there should be no class distinctions. These are still very instructive for our compulsory education today.
