Abstract
A549 cells were treated by 0,1.5,3,6 nmol/L paclitaxel to establish non-small cell lung cancer apoptosis model,the apoptosis,cell proliferation and expression of apoptosis-related molecules in Bc1-2 family were analyzed with flow cytometry,cell counting and western blot methods.The results showed that paclitaxel with low concn.induced apoptosis in time and concentration-dependent manner,and up-regulated expression of Bim at the same time,but it had no significant effect on other apoptosis-related molecules in Bc1-2 family.
