Abstract
The shareholder limited liability for corporate torts is oppugned. Someone suggests a system of shareholder unlimited liabil-ity for corporate torts. The essay takes a historical research on the system of shareholder limited liability, analyzes its theory base and thecoming challenges,and evluates the two tentative palns about shareholder unlimited liability. The essay insists that the system of share-holder unlimited liability is not fit in our country through practies, and the malpractice of shareholder limited liability for corporate tortscan be overcome by disregard of corporate personality and the priorities of tort creditors.
