Abstract
The drainage of the oil-bearing wastewater at the bottom of the large-scale crude oil tank is usually realized by manually controlling the draining valves. This way as a negative effect on the crude oil dehydrated in tank is to have to stare the valve at all times, which causes a large burden to the workers. Therefore,it is necessary to ameliorate the draining system by automatically commanding means taking the place of manual type. The new way not only met the requirements of the practical production by improving the precision and reliability of controlled system, also decreased the crude oil resource wastage and protected the environment around the oil tank.
