Abstract
Soil samples (63) were collected in Guangdong Litchi plantations to evaluate the soil nutrient fertility status. The result showed that the contents of soil organic matter, available nitrogen and calcium were relatively low, available potassium mid-low ,available phosphorus, sulphur and iron relatively high, available manganese and zinc mid-high,and available magnesium and boron low. Generally, soil nutrient fertility in Litchi plantation was lowe and disequilibrium. The nutrient fertility differences in different Litchi plantations were great. Boron was the most scarce element in Litchi plantation soil, calcium and magnesium took second place. The prevention and cure countermeasure were put forward according to low and disequilibrium soil nutrient fertility in Litchi plantations.
