Study on the Influence of Openness,Relational Network and Knowledge Sharing on Enterprises′Innovation Performance

Abstract

From the view of the direction of knowledge flowing,openness is divided into inbound openness and outbound openness in this paper.Based on the data from 232 questionnaires on manufacturing enterprises in Yangtze River Delta region,this paper carries out an empirical study on the influence of openness,relational network and knowledge sharing on enterprises' innovation performance.The results reveal:1 Openness has a directly positive impact on relational network and knowledge sharing.And relational network plays an important mediating role in openness influencing knowledge sharing.2 Openness and knowledge sharing have a directly positive impact on innovation performance.3 Relational network has no significantly and directly positive impact on innovation performance,but it can indirectly influence on innovation performance through knowledge sharing.
