Abstract
In recent years,the problem of urban rainstorm waterlogging has raised wide attention,and the importance of stormwater management has become increasingly prominent.Based on an overview of Best Management Practices(BMPs),Low-Impact Development Concept(LID),Water Sensitive Urban Design(WSUD),Sustainable Urban Drainage System(SUDS) and other international city rainwater management strategies,this paper explored their contents in utilizing the rainwater storage for the neighborhood small plots.Based on hydrological data of Hefei city,this paper proposed control standards of zero runoff and design requirements of block storage volume in land development.It is expected that the urban construction could take the management of stormwater into consideration so as to reduce the risk of waterlogging in the future.
