Software Design of LED Display System Base on H8/3048 Series MCU

Abstract

With the rapid development of information in our society,control technology of LED screen makes a great progress in the information field.This paper introduces a kind of matrix LED display system based on H8/3048 series MCU.The system can be divided into three parts: computer,single-chip micro-computer H8/3048F and LED display screen.The system can display the Chinese and characters in different forms,such as static,parallel shift,vertical shift and blinking display.The computer sends data in the form of data packet to H8/3048 series MCU according to XMODEM protocol so that the accuracy of data transmission is assured and implemented easily.The principle of LED screen and the design of software are introduced in the paper.The frame of system is established based on the principle.
