Distinctive features and enlightenment of the agricultural extension system in Taiwan

The scientific agricultural extension system is the key to develop agriculture.For a long time,the agricultural extension system of Taiwan contributes a lot to the development of modern agriculture of the region.This paper discusses four distinctive features of the agricultural extension system of Taiwan.such as the pluralistic agricultural extension mode,the humanized agricultural extension contents,the legal source of agricultural extension funds,the high-quality agricultural extension team.At last,some beneficial advices are presented for the agricultural extension system of China mainland,such as improving agricultural extension modes,innovating agricultural extension contents,increasing agricultural extension investment,reforming agricultural extension staff.
