In the short track speed skating competition, the skaters’ place results end in the terminus sequence and not in the skating time. In high speed skating, the psychology quality usually is decisive factor besides the technique. The article discusses several psychology problems in the training motivation, volition attribute, attention, mental adjustability and so on for the skaters’ everyday training.
