Abstract
So far,since the quality and safety traceability system is the most effective food safety management,radio frequency identification(RFID)technology has become the main technical means for pork safety traceability system in China.The author summarized the concept of traceability system and RFID technology,and focused on the application of RFID in pig breeding,slaughtering,transportation,storage,marketing,and so on.Finally,the article proposed corresponding countermeasures for the problems of RFID's application,so as to provide a reference for establishing apork safety traceability system based on RFID technology in China.
