Abstract

By summarizing the juristic clauses which stipulate that urban planning and land use plan-ning must correspond with each other, this paper analyzes the conflicts as well as the reasons in the planning practice and administration between the two categories. Then it introduces the reform of land use planning system and its enlightenment on urban planning. At last it explores several ways to coordi-nate urban planning with land use planning.
