Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of MSCTA in diagnosing aorta dissections. Methods 22 cases were performed MSCTA on GE light speed 4 scanner with slice thickness 5mm, overlapping interval 1.25mm. Contrast media were used in the volume of 100ml, the rate of injection was 3ml/s. 8 cases and 14cases were injected at the vein of left elbow and at the vein of ankle. All cases were performed in MPR、MIP、SSD、VR and VE with the special network. Results Among 22 cases,6 cases were normal, aortic dissection 16 cases, DeBekey type Ⅰ were 3 cases, type Ⅱ were 2cases, type Ⅲ were 11 cases. Conclusion MSCTA has a positive applicable value in diagnosing aortic dissections.
